• If you are paying by check, the order will be shipped after the check has cleared the bank. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for checks to clear before your order is shipped.
• A $50 NSF fee will be charged for checks returned for insufficient funds.
• All Prices Are In United States Dollars and All Payments must be In U.S. funds payable to Pagan Presence Inc.

Domestic Customer's & Shipping

• Most orders will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days of receipt of the order. However you should allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be shipped.
• All orders are shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail unless other arrangements are made in advance.
• Domestic shipping includes military APO addresses, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
• Your order will be shipped to the billing address entered in the shopping cart. To protect you, our customer, we will not ship to a different address than the billing address in the shopping cart system.
• You will be notified by email (with a tracking number and instructions for using the tracking number to check delivery status) within 24 hours of shipping when your order was shipped to you.

International Customers & Shipping

An international customer is anyone placing an order outside of the United States. The following policies apply to ALL International Customers:

• Customers Outside The United States: Our shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping to allowed countries.
• Most orders will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days of receipt of the order. However you should allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be shipped.
• All orders are shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail unless other arrangements are made in advance.
• All Customs and/or duty charges/taxes are paid for by the customer.
• All Payments, including checks & money orders, must be In U.S. Dollars payable to Pagan Presence Inc.
• No Foreign Money Orders And/Or Checks Will Be Accepted.
• It is the customer's responsibility to check with their local Postal Office and/or Customs Office to arrange for and accept delivery of their package.

Returns, Exchanges And Refunds

• All items are unconditionally guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship.
• Exchanges will not be accepted without prior authorization. All exchanges must be authorized by Pagan Presence, Inc. Authorized exchanges will incur a 20% restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges.
• Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. All returns must be authorized by Pagan Presence, Inc. Authorized returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
• Refused Delivery of Order(s) - Orders that have shipped and delivery is refused will be refunded the dollar amount of the merchandise less a 20% restocking fee. As in authorized returns the shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please note refunds on orders where delivery was refused will be issued once we have received the package back.
• Items returned for exchange or refund must be in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
• Custom made items are not returnable.
• Music CD's, cassette tapes, VCR tapes, DVD's and Books are not returnable for exchanges and/or refunds.
