How to Order from Pagan Presence Inc.

You may order through our secure shopping cart system, or by printing the Text Mail Order Form and sending it with your check or money order. If you order by credit card, we accept American Express, Discover Card, Mastercard and Visa. Credit card orders will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of the order. If the merchandise is not in stock we will notify you by e-mail or phone when it will be in, at which time you may choose to continue the order on back order status or cancel it with a full refund. Orders paid by personal check will be shipped once the check clears the bank. • Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Most orders will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days of receipt of the order. However you should allow up to 6 to 8 weeks for your order to be shipped.
• Shipping credit card orders may be delayed if there are problems with the transaction. For example the name, address and phone number must match the name, address and phone number on your credit card bill.
• If you are paying by check, the order will be shipped after the check has cleared the bank. Please allow 7 to 10 business for checks to clear.
• A $30 NSF fee will be charged for checks returned for insufficient funds.
• All Prices Are In United States Dollars and All Payments must be In U.S. funds payable to Pagan Presence Inc.
• All Customs and/or duty charges are paid for by the customer.
• Customers Outside The United States:
  Our shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping to allowed countries.
• Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. All returns must be authorized by Pagan Presence, Inc. All items are unconditionally guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. Authorized returns will incur a 10% restocking fee.
• Custom made items are not returnable.
• Music CD's, cassette tapes, VCR tapes and DVD's are not returnable.
• Books are not returnable.
• All orders are shipped by USPS, United States Postal Service, unless otherwise requested.
• Beginning with all orders received on or after 2005/08/13 your order will be shipped to the billing address entered in the shopping cart. Orders with different shipping addresses will be shipped to the billing address.

International Customers

An international customer is anyone placing an order outside of the United States. The following policies apply to ALL International Customers:

• All Prices Are In U.S. Dollars
• All Customs and/or duty charges are paid for by the customer.
• All Payments, including checks & money orders, must be In U.S. Dollars payable to Pagan Presence Inc.
• No Foreign Money Orders And/Or Checks Will Be Accepted.
